Each price covers one furnace system: one furnace or air handler and the ductwork it feeds. A house with two furnaces has two systems.

Which package do most homes need?
Pro, at $399. It is the full job: negative air pressure on the system, every supply vent, every return, and the main trunk lines. If the ducts have never been cleaned, or it has been more than a few years, this is the one we recommend.
Basic, at $249, is a maintenance cleaning for ducts that were cleaned in the last few years and just need the supply side done.
Ultimate, at $599, adds blower motor cleaning and a coil inspection. The blower is part of the furnace, not the ducts, so this is worth it when the blower is dirty or nobody has looked at it in a while. The technician can tell you on site whether yours needs it.
Book the camera inspection. If your ducts do not need cleaning, we will say so.
Why we do not price by the vent
A lot of duct cleaning ads quote $99 or $149 and then charge per vent once the crew is inside. A 20-vent house turns into a bill three or four times the ad. We price by the system instead, so the number you hear on the phone is the number on the invoice for that package.
Before you book with any company, ask whether the price is per vent or per system, whether returns and trunk lines are included, and whether you will see camera footage before and after.

How much does air duct cleaning cost?
At Top Air Solutions it is $249, $399 or $599 per furnace system, depending on the package. The Pro package at $399 is what most homes need. Prices are flat, so the number of vents does not change the total.
Do you charge per vent?
No. Every package includes unlimited supply vents, and Pro and Ultimate include unlimited returns. The price is set by the package and the number of furnace systems, not by counting vents.
What is the difference between Pro and Ultimate?
Ultimate adds blower motor cleaning and a coil inspection to everything in Pro. The blower is part of the furnace rather than the ductwork, so it is only worth adding when the blower is dirty or has not been checked in a while.
Is air duct cleaning worth it?
Not always. If the camera shows clean ducts, we tell you and you save the money. It is worth it when there is real buildup, after a renovation, after moving into a house with an unknown history, or when the ducts have never been cleaned.
Can I add dryer vent cleaning to the same visit?
Yes. Dryer vent cleaning is a flat $149, and the crew can usually do it on the same visit. Mention it when you book so we plan enough time.
