My wife and I moved into a new home several months ago and had vent cleaning as one of our main maintenance items. We had Ron & Hilton come over for the cleaning. They performed an initial inspection and found that our system hadn't been serviced. The system also had mold which is really not something you want to find out. They were incredibly thorough and provided several options and solutions for us. They were able clean, sanitize, and install an air purifier in our system at a very reasonable price. I can't commend them enough on their knowledge and professionalism. We were very satisfied with their service and would absolutely recommend them.

Turns out I had mold in my system so Joe showed me and told me my options. His manner was serious, honest and compassionate, which told me he really understood how it could affect my family and I, and he wanted to help. We worked through immediate solutions to get through winter and we now have a plan for the next 6 months or so to completely fix the issue. Would recommend to anyone.

Sean and Daniel were at my home on October 13th. They were very knowledgeable, and Sean shared some facts about mold growth via the camera he had that could look in to the area where the humidifier attaches to the furnace. He added a special chemical that will kill off the mold so that the spores don't grow, and also so that they don't get circulated in the air ducts.

I would want to have Sean back down the road {Daniel, too} Excellent work!

Top Air Solutions has come to the rescue again. First they'd come to clean my air ducts and they sold me an air purifier that has improved the air quality in my house, evident by a lot less dust. Then, my air conditioner died during the first hot week in Chicago. The kids thought they were going to die because it was so hot (eye roll). David from TAS showed up and explained that yes, the AC was dead and I needed a new one, and that the heating system was probably not far behind. That was like the tenth time a technician had told me that during the 20+ years we've been in this house so it was time. David quoted me a price that was significantly lower than two other companies I'd called and magically had my AC working so we could survive the days until the install of my new HVAC system. David and his partner were the most dedicated workers I've ever seen; they stayed for almost 12 hours to finish the job. While we did have some issues with the system within the first few days, David and his partner showed up the same day I called to handle it. They were so polite and professional. Finding them was truly a Blessing!

I did not realize how important having your air ducts cleaned is! I never thought to have the air ducts cleaned when we bought the house 5 years ago.
We just finished doing construction in our house and our contractor recommended that we have the air ducts cleaned due to the drywall dust and other debris from the construction. What I didn't realize is how dirty the ducts actually were from before the construction.
Our technician, Ron, did a fantastic job showing me with his video scope exactly how dirty each of the ducts were, and there was even mold in the system! Ron is clearly very knowledgeable about airduct, furnace and air conditioning systems. He and his assistant did a very thorough job on each one of the ducts and left the house very clean! Every vent was replaced perfectly, furniture that had to be moved was put back in place and there was no mess left in the house!
After seeing how dirty my system was, I did a full cleaning, installed an air purifier and can already feel the air conditioning blowing stronger and quieter.
If you are thinking about having your air ducts cleaned, Top Air was a great company to work with. Scheduling was easy, they were priced very fairly, and I feel like I now a relationship with both our tech Ron, and Top Air and plan to use them in the future for continued cleanings now that the deep clean was done so well!

I had a furnace check up and the technician was very informative and thorough. He explained the functions of each part and made sure I had a better understanding of the unit. He was polite and profesional every step of the way.

Did a great job on the cleaning, showed videos for the before and after each vent was cleaned. Was early, but called first to make sure that was ok. He had put on boot covers when inside the house. We seem to have better air flow from the vents.

My techs were Eddie and Angel, they were professional, informative and polite. They worked well together and finished in the time frame quoted. My rating is due to the pricing from the company itself, I think it is a bit high.

Eddy and Fernando did a good job. Texted Eddie back to my home to correct air purifier wire placement. Office and Eddy responded. I had to call a third time to have Top Air return to clean the half bath and kirltchen vents missed. Omar and Gabriel responded and ensured all missed vents were cleaned and treated. Omar ensured the low voltage transformer in my furnace was no longer in contact with the blower motor. I recommend being physically present as work is completed and follow up on any items. The office was responsive and wanted to provide a complete service.

My dryer light came on and my clothes were not drying within one cycle. I contacted Top Air, which came within two days. Unfortunately, I didn’t know where the dryer vent started. Ron was patient with me, found where it started and explained in detail where it was and what they were doing. They were quick, efficient and professional. Usually, when I have warranty or repair work done in our home, and I’m the only home then, I have been treated with disrespect because I am a woman who doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Eddie and Fernando were marvelous! Not only did they do a great job cleaning out my vents but they were able to identify serious issues within my ductwork such as mold from the previous homeowner. They gave me such an amazing rate I couldn't help but go right ahead and pay for it. Breathing in mold is serious and can cause major health issues and concerns. Therefore, I am so pleased that they were able to find this in my home and treat this immediately. Will be getting other services from them in the future.

The job was done professionally. They find a problem with my AC (bad capacitor). They fix the problem right away, and the price was very competitive. Great value for money for both services, the air duct cleaning and the AC tune up. I'll definitely recommend on this guys to friends and family. We just had Top Air Solutions technicians Alex and Danny here to do air duct cleaning. While here they discovered mold in our vents, they recommended a chemical cleaning option to kill any bacteria and a UV bulb to further mitigate any future microorganisms. The level of professionalism and service were excellent, Alex answered any and all questions we had about our systems and the service they provided today. Our very highest recommendation to Top Air Solutions and Alex and Danny for a job very well done.

Alex and Omar were excellent. They explained everything to us thoroughly, found problems we were unaware of, and were able to fix everything right away. My wife suffers from respiratory issues, and they found a major mold colony in our ducts. Who knows what could have happened if that was allowed to fester! David and Omar came over to clean out vents in our apartment which have never been cleaned and they were amazing! They helped us with our filter, showed us the amount of dust in the vents, gave some helpful tips, and helped with information on getting a new furnace. Price was great and will definitely be looking into getting a furnace from them.

Great company! Overall a great experience, from scheduling my appointment to the actual service itself. I had a birds nest in my dryer vent that was located on the roof of my home. Eden and Angel were able to remove the nest and clean the entire dryer vent. They were able to show me before and after pictures and I was impressed!! A few days later I scheduled a Furnace Tune Up and David was her on time and provided all the information I need for my furnace. Great guys, highly recommend!!
