They explained the sanitizing options available and took the time to walk us through how the process works. We really appreciated how patiently they answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything.

I had a full deep cleaning of the ducts along with sanitation and installation of a UV sanitizer. This comes with a 3 years of annual sanitizing and 5 year replacement of the UV light.

I cannot thank this company enough especially John who while doing the inspection of my furnace discovered black mold! He immediately had Justin stop vacuuming and agitation of my vents after the first room was done. John gave me options of temporary fixes and permanent fixes. I opted for the permanent fix. He sanitized my furnace so that Justin could continue with the vent cleaning and return vent cleaning. John had all the tools he needed on board his truck which made me extremely happy. He had the sanitizer which he used before the cleaning and after cleaning and installed a UV light in my furnace which has a lifetime warranty. The last company I had never checked my furnace. There was no odor to the sanitizer and John assured me it was safe to use with animals. There was also no dust left behind because everything went into a vacuum system that was set up outside. That was also a huge plus! I can't thank John enough for finding the problem and fixing it and for Justin who did such a thorough job. There is now no other company that I would recommend. Top Air will be the only ones who come to clean my vents and dryer. John and Justin, I cannot thank you enough for the great work you did!! I am one satisfied customer!

My wife and I moved into a new home several months ago and had vent cleaning as one of our main maintenance items. We had Ron & Hilton come over for the cleaning. They performed an initial inspection and found that our system hadn't been serviced. The system also had mold which is really not something you want to find out. They were incredibly thorough and provided several options and solutions for us. They were able clean, sanitize, and install an air purifier in our system at a very reasonable price. Sean and Daniel were at my home on October 13th. They were very knowledgeable, and Sean shared some facts about mold growth via the camera he had that could look in to the area where the humidifier attaches to the furnace. He added a special chemical that will kill off the mold so that the spores don't grow, and also so that they don't get circulated in the air ducts.

I would want to have Sean back down the road {Daniel, too} Excellent work!

Top Air Solutions has come to the rescue again. First they'd come to clean my air ducts and they sold me an air purifier that has improved the air quality in my house, evident by a lot less dust. Then, my air conditioner died during the first hot week in Chicago. The kids thought they were going to die because it was so hot (eye roll). David from TAS showed up and explained that yes, the AC was dead and I needed a new one, and that the heating system was probably not far behind. That was like the tenth time a technician had told me that during the 20+ years we've been in this house so it was time. David quoted me a price that was significantly lower than two other companies I'd called and magically had my AC working so we could survive the days until the install of my new HVAC system. David and his partner were the most dedicated workers I've ever seen; they stayed for almost 12 hours to finish the job. While we did have some issues with the system within the first few days, David and his partner showed up the same day I called to handle it. They were so polite and professional. Finding them was truly a Blessing!

I did not realize how important having your air ducts cleaned is! I never thought to have the air ducts cleaned when we bought the house 5 years ago.
We just finished doing construction in our house and our contractor recommended that we have the air ducts cleaned due to the drywall dust and other debris from the construction. What I didn't realize is how dirty the ducts actually were from before the construction.
Our technician, Ron, did a fantastic job showing me with his video scope exactly how dirty each of the ducts were, and there was even mold in the system! Ron is clearly very knowledgeable about airduct, furnace and air conditioning systems. He and his assistant did a very thorough job on each one of the ducts and left the house very clean! Every vent was replaced perfectly, furniture that had to be moved was put back in place and there was no mess left in the house!
After seeing how dirty my system was, I did a full cleaning, installed an air purifier and can already feel the air conditioning blowing stronger and quieter.
If you are thinking about having your air ducts cleaned, Top Air was a great company to work with. Scheduling was easy, they were priced very fairly, and I feel like I now a relationship with both our tech Ron, and Top Air and plan to use them in the future for continued cleanings now that the deep clean was done so well!

I had a great experience doing business with Top Air Solutions. On my initial call I was fortunate to get John on my call , he took the time to explain the different packages available.
John was very knowledgeable about the process, made sure that I understood exactly what I would receive with the package I chose.
The technicians who came to my residence ( Mike and Felix ) were two very personable and professional young men. They walked me through the process step by step.
They arrived well within the time window , worked efficiently and were very very clean.

I had my air ducts cleaned last week by Top Air Solutions. Overall, the experience was positive. Alex was friendly and explained what they were going to do, which helped me feel more comfortable with the process.
They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but they called ahead to let me know. Once they started, they worked efficiently and showed me photos of the dirt and buildup they removed from the ducts — definitely more than I expected!
